At By Waikiki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item, please ensure that it meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to Return:

  1. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.

Exchanges: If you want to exchange the product for a different size, color, or item, it's faster and easier for us to place a new order for you and ship the new product directly. The original item does not need to be returned to us, and you will only pay the difference if the new product costs more.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: Certain items such as personalized products or items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@bywaikiki.com. We will address the issue and either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
